LineageOS 15 Oreo (Unofficial Build) Review!
What is LineageOS?
LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device. LineageOs have very basic customization settings inbuilt like status bar settings which we can change clock position and battery icon style etc, and we have buttons settings also where we can change the action of the buttons either we can use on screen keys. LineageOs have excellent performance experience in day to day life. LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed.

Will talk about working things
LineageOS 15 Oreo is an excellent ROM with super smooth with all working things like wifi, hotspot, Bluetooth, calling with jio volte is also working fine. The sound in the call is very good and perfect no glitches in it, share it is working fine no issues just off the data while using share it, FP sensor works I am (i am fpc user). Gps, led notification light, everything works fine and excellent no issues regarding that. There are no major signal drops for me unless if we are at non-network coverage area and Flash light is also working. No issues with split screen usage either.
Performance with heating and ram management details
Performance is good enough for my day to day usage with good ram management and excellent multitasking, I didn’t face any lags in my kind of usage. Almost more than 20 apps are running at background and still, I can open new apps and do multitasking. Regarding heating, I didn’t face any heating unless I use it in sunlight weather conditions as I am using a black color cover for my device. I did benchmark testing to I got

No customizations in LineageOs 15 Oreo yet so nothing to say here for now.
Battery test with usage screenshots
Here it comes the most needed thing for all users is battery backup, This time my usage is the medium heavy type. Chatting with friends in what’s app, QQ Messenger, continuous 4G data connectivity is on and some times even used WIFI also, Played games like 8ball pool and clash of clans which needs more network stability and I got 6 hours 1-minute sot with overall battery graph of 12 hours which is great for me for my kind of usage. Here one thing regarding battery backup I have used AGNI kernel battery configuration which is not recommended for high-end gamers will tell details about that below.
Bugs which I faced
- Camera is bit buggy with google camera app version 4.4.012.156195200
- VOLTE incoming call delay is there only 2 seconds delay
- Fingerprint sensor unlock delay is there still
- Some rare cases apps downloading from google will not start to have to cancel it and again have to click install
- Some times flashlight toggle will behave crazy.
- Google assistant is not working
